RCAP (Rural Community Assistance Program) will have one or two personnel in town starting the 20th of March to try to help identify the 93 unknown service lines in customers' homes.

They will have City permits, ID with them and they will have safety vests on to help identify themselves to customers.

To identify the service line material themselves they will need access to the water meter area inside or they can assist the homeowner by answering questions and having the owner identify the service line material.
