Surplus Property for Sale
The City currently owns a1994 GMC Topkick (Bucket-truck) and a 2000 Ford F650 Dump truck which are no longer necessary or useful to the city and such vehicles are declared surplus property.

Utility bill changes
City Council has changed two utility bill items from flat fees to usage based fees beginning with bills due 6/16/25.
The $8 water capital projects fee and the $5 sewer capital projects fee have been removed and replaced by a usage based water bond fee and a usage based sewer bond fee.
