It’s COMMUNITY BUILD DAY for the BOWMAN PARK PLAYGROUND, and we need VOLUNTEERS!
Date: Saturday, May 6 (rain or shine)
Start time: 8:00 a.m.
The Community Build Director from Team Reil/Miracle Play Equipment will be here with his work trailer and all the tools needed to build and install two new pieces of play equipment at Bowman Park.
We need VOLUNTEERS to work on the build. Please let me know here (or via text to 309-660-3866) that you will come help for the day….or even for an hour or two. I’m looking for at least 10-15 volunteers.
Mayor’s Fund will provide assorted cold sandwiches for lunch, but if anyone would be willing to bring mid-morning snacks or sides to go with the sandwiches for lunch, please let me know.
Thanks! All the kids who will use the new play equipment and I really appreciate your help.
