A Graduate Engineer from MSA, will conduct a bike/walk field analysis in Le Roy on Monday, April 20th and Tuesday, April 21st if necessary. He will wear MSA gear to identify himself.

Specifically, he will analyze the condition of existing sidewalks and areas lacking them. He will also photograph sidewalk conditions and possibly residents walking or biking, as these photos support our grant applications.
