HOURS of OPERATION
- MONDAY – FRIDAY
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Earliest pickup at 8:00 a.m.
- Last return ride at 4:00 p.m.

MAKING RESERVATIONS
- Only a LIVE Connect Transit representative can book a ride.
- Reservations must be made by 12:00 p.m., one to three weekdays in advance.
- Service is based on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability.
- Cancellations must be made at least two hours in advance.
- Weekend service or reservations during weekend hours are not available at this time.
- Bookings are not available the same day the service is needed.
- We are not accepting subscriptions at this time.

Connect Go is serving ALL RURAL McLean County residents.
- Am I able to book a ride on the weekend?
No, all rides must be booked by a Customer Service Representative Monday–Friday
- Is this service On-Demand like Connect FLEX?
No, Connect Go must be scheduled by 12:00 p.m., one to three weekdays in advance.
- If I qualify for Connect Mobility, do I also qualify for Connect Go?
