PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Le Roy, McLean County, Illinois, on Thursday February 5th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Le Roy City Hall, 207 S. East Street, Le Roy, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application submitted by Steven Cline, 208 N. Pearl Street, Le Roy, Illinois. The request is for variances in setback requirements for front yards in the R-1 District, specifically located on Parcel 30-21-188-006 in Conklings Add Lot 11 & 12 Blk 128, (commonly known as 310 E. Cherry Street) City of Le Roy, McLean County, Illinois.

The applicant is requesting:

A variance to reduce the required front yard setback on the east side of the property from 25 feet to 12 feet, and A variance to reduce the required front yard setback on the south side of the property from 25 feet to 15 feet to allow for construction of a single-family residential dwelling.
