SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR SALE

The City currently owns a1994 GMC Topkick (Bucket-truck) with vehicle identification # 1GDL7H1J9PRJ505150 and 2000 Ford F650 Dump truck with vehicle identification number 3FDNF6533YMA02419 which is no longer necessary or useful to the city and such vehicle is declared surplus property. 

The City Administrator shall place an ad within local newspaper April 9, 2026, advertising said personal property for sale and requesting sealed bids be delivered to the Le Roy City Hall by 2:00 p.m. April 16, 2026, at 207 S. East Street, Le Roy, IL 61752.  

Final bids will be considered by the City Council at their regular meeting to be held on Monday, April 20, 2026. The City Council may reject all bids or may declare the item sold to the highest responsive bidder.  The property shall be turned over to the successful bidder upon payment in full of the purchase price.
