The Zoning Board of Appeals will convene on Thursday, October 6, 2022 to review two applications. One is for a variance on fencing requirements and the other is for a special permitted use on the parking of a recreational vehicle on a corner lot. Please see below for the full notice of each. 

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Le Roy, McLean County, Illinois on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at Le Roy City Hall, 207 S. East Street, to consider an application by Shawn Masterson, 401 E. Green St. The request is for a special permitted use in front/side yard setback requirements for parking recreational vehicles on corner lots in the R-1 District on CONKLINGS ADD NW BLK 106 in Le Roy, commonly referred to as 401 E. Green St. in the town of Le Roy, Mc Lean County, Illinois.

Specifically, the request is for a special permitted use to allow for front/side yard parking requirements of recreational vehicles on corner lots for the residential property located at 401 E. Green St., Leroy, IL.   

All persons desiring to be heard may appear at said meeting and be heard thereon.

Green St. The request is for a variance of Title 10, Zoning, in the fence front/side yard setback requirements for corner lots in the R-1 District on Lots 7, 8, & 9 of Block 83 in Conkling’s Addition to Le Roy, commonly referred to as 109 W. Green St. in the town of Le Roy, Mc Lean County, Illinois.

Specifically, the request is for a variance from the required front/side yard fence setback of 25 feet from the property lot line to a front/side yard fence setback of 10 feet for the residential property located at 109 W. Green St., Leroy, IL.
