MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON MAY 3, 2009 

The Special Meeting was held for the purpose of performing the Oath of Office (swearing in) for newly elected officers for the City of Le Roy. This meeting was scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 3, 2009, and the meeting was held at Jack’s Café, 210 Sunset Drive, Le Roy, IL. The city officers in attendance were Steve Dean, Sue Marcum, Teresa Miller, John Haney, Wendy Brent, Boyd Denner, T. A. Whitsitt, Dawn Thompson, Shirley Chancellor, and Nancy Bentley.
