MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL MEETING
HELD ON FEBRUARY 19, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Acting Mayor, Dave McClelland
with all council members present at roll call. Staff members present were Gordon
Beck, Scott Bryant, Russ Morrow, Steve Reynolds, Sue Marcum and Jeff Clawson.
The Council Meeting Minutes of the February 5, 2007 meeting were approved on a motion made by Jerry, second was given by Butch. A correction to change the date from February 6 to February 5 was made by Jerry. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, T. A. Whitsitt-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Shirley Chancellor-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes, Dave McClelland-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
The Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes of the hearings held on February 17, 2007, were approved and the reading waived on the motion made by Shirley, second to the motion was given by Dawn. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, T. A. Whitsitt-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Shirley Chancellor-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes, Dave McClelland-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
Ordinance No. 07-02-03-51, An ordinance approving a special permitted use of the Municipal Code, Le Roy, Illinois, 2003, Title 10, Zoning (Doug Woodrum, Lot 6 in Block 13, Conklings, 201 W. Center St.) was passed on a motion made by Gary, second was made by Shirley. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, T. A. Whitsitt-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Shirley Chancellor-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes, Dave McClelland-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
Ordinance No. 07-02-04-51, An ordinance approving a variation in side yard setbacks of the Municipal Code, Le Roy, Illinois, 2003, Title 10, Zoning (Doug Woodrum, 201 W. Center Street) was passed on a motion made by Gary, seconded by Jerry. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, T. A. Whitsitt-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Shirley Chancellor-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes, Dave McClelland-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.

Minutes of the 02/19/07 council meeting continued.
Listed invoices in the total amount of $76,621.02 were approved for payment on the motion made by Jerry, second to the motion was given by Butch. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, T. A. The regular session of the city council was adjourned at 7:36 P.M. on a motion made by Dawn, seconded by Shirley. A work session of the city council was scheduled to follow regular session.
