MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
HELD JANUARY 19, 2004
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert Rice at 7:00 P.M. with all council
members present at roll call. Staff members present were Sue Marcum, Jeff
Clawson, Kevin Kahoun and Steve Reynolds.
Minutes of the January 5, 2004 Council Meeting were approved on a motion made
by Jerry, second by Butch with spelling corrections, a notation that recorded
Butch leaving the meeting at 10:00 PM, and corrections to the roll call votes
after Butch’s departure from the meeting. Roll call: John
Haney-yes, Dave McClelland-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Chad Farischon-yes,
Gary Koerner-yes, Theresa O’Hare-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes. Motion
carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
Kevin supplied the council with his December Permit Report.
Jeff updated the council on the Community Building demolition project.
Listed invoices in the total amount of $40,134.03 were approved for payment
on a motion made by Gary, second by Dawn. Roll call: John Haney-yes,
Dave McClelland-yes, Butch Cook-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Chad Farischon-yes, Gary
Koerner-yes, Theresa O’Hare-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes. Motion carried
8 yeas, 0 nays.
Motion was made by Dawn, second by Gary to adjourn the council meeting at 7:29
P.M. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Dave McClelland-yes, Butch Cook-yes,
Jerry Henson-yes, Chad Farischon-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, Theresa O’Hare-yes,
Dawn Thompson-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
