MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
HELD JUNE 26, 2003
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert Rice at 6:48 P.M. with Dave
McClelland, Butch Cook, Jerry Henson, Gary Koerner, Theresa O’Hare and
Dawn Thompson present at roll call.
Chad Farischon was seated at 6:49 P.M.
John Haney was seated at 6:50 P.M.
RESOLUTION NO. 03-06-01-30, A Resolution approving the assignment
of a portion of a redevelopment agreement for lots 28 and 29 in the Countryside
Subdivision of the
Le Roy 1st Tax Increment Redevelopment District (BroMenn)was passed on a motion
made by Gary, second by Butch. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Dave McClelland-yes,
Butch Cook-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Chad Farischon-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, Theresa
O’Hare-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
Motion was made by Dave, second by Butch to adjourn the Special Council Meeting
at 6:56 P.M. Roll call: John Haney-yes, Dave McClelland-yes, Butch
Cook-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Chad Farischon-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, Theresa O’Hare-yes,
Dawn Thompson-yes. Motion carried 8 yeas, 0 nays.
