MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
HELD APRIL 29, 2003
The Special Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert Rice at 7:00
P.M. All council members were present at roll call. Staff members
present were Steve Reynolds, Jeff Clawson and Sue Marcum.
Motion to accept the Revenue and Expense Comparison Reports for the fiscal year
2002-2003 was made by Gary, second by John. Roll call: Dave McClelland-yes,
Jerry Henson-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes, John Haney-yes.
Motion carried 5 yeas, 0 nays.
Invoices payable on April 29, 2003 in the total amount of $3628.56 were approved
for payment with the motion made by Gary, second byDawn. Roll call:
Dave McClelland-yes, Jerry Henson-yes, Gary Koerner-yes, Dawn Thompson-yes,
John Haney-yes. Motion carried 5 yeas, 0 nays.
A copy of a resolution authorizing the condemnation of private property within
the City of Le Roy, McLean County, Illinois to acquire water line easement was
provided to the council and a motion was made by Gary, second by John to table
the resolution until the legal description could be reviewed by the city engineer.

Thompson-yes, John Haney-yes. Motion carried 5 yeas, 0 nays.
Motion was made by John, second by Jerry to adjourn the Special Council Meeting
